K so i have been reading about DBSK's lawsuits. and this what i can gather from it. Even if Dong Bang Shin Ki is to disband. Tohoshinki could remain active. SM entertainment holds the right to DongBangShinKi. Avex holds the right to Tohoshinki.  So in the end Avex could buy out SM and get the rights to DongBangShinKi. And the reason Micky,jae, and Junsu are th only involved is cuz they wanted to start a cosmetic company. SM didnt like this mainly cuz they would be using the image of dbsk to promote it. But SM would not reap any of the money earned through the company. So therefor they got pissed. Because they own the image of dbsk(aka the boys) they didnt want them using themselfs to promote something if means that there would be no money in their pockets. Their contract is 80%-20%. SM reaping the 80%. SM has to approve any of their outside ventures. Such as Yunho's and Mins drama projects. They have been approved.  The excuslvity claus contract keeps them from using their image without their consent. SM basicly told them that they were violating their contract. So jae, junsu, and micky were like f-u, let us out of our contracts. So more than likely in the end, for them to keep doing music. They may let SM in on the cosmetic company. But who knows, we will see what happens.

But in the end the boys will stick together, cuz they r friends, band memebers, and brothers 1st.
